The Human Rights Platform of the Civic Movement DAYANÇ / Turkmenistan welcomes the launch of the first specialized veterinary ambulance for stray animals in Warsaw. This initiative represents not a symbolic gesture, but a real and effective step toward protecting life. The ambulance, operated by Schronisko na Paluchu im. Jana Lityńskiego, is equipped for oxygen therapy, respiratory stabilization, and emergency medical assistance directly during transport. Previously, injured animals could only receive treatment after arriving at a clinic. Now, help begins at the most critical moment — when every minute matters. Such solutions define the true standard of a humane city: where care is proven through action, not declarations. Respect for animal life reflects the moral maturity of society. A city that protects the most vulnerable demonstrates responsibility, compassion, and dignity. The DAYANÇ Human Rights Platform believes that this experience deserves international recognition and wider implementation. Protecting animals means protecting humanity.
