The Dayanç / Turkmenistan Human Rights Platform of the Civil Movement expresses its profound gratitude to civil activist Artur Dovranov, who is representing the interests of our platform at OSCE events. Over the past several days, we have worked virtually without sleep, jointly preparing reports, statements, information materials, and brochures in order to present the international community with the fullest possible picture of the human rights situation in Turkmenistan. Through Artur, we have submitted more than twenty statements from citizens of Turkmenistan and six comprehensive reports addressing systemic human rights violations in the country. Behind every statement is the fate of a real person or family. Behind every report are serious problems that have remained without an adequate response for years. We sincerely hope that the international community will hear the voices of the people of Turkmenistan and pay serious attention to the systematic violations of human rights in the country. Thank you, Artur, for your courage, commitment, and tremendous work. We believe that only through the combined efforts of citizens, civil activists, human rights defenders, and the international community can meaningful change be achieved.
