Eid al-Adha Greetings from the Human Rights Platform of the Civic Movement “Dayanç” / Turkmenistan Dear citizens of Turkmenistan, Dear Muslims around the world, The Human Rights Platform of the Civic Movement “Dayanç” / Turkmenistan sincerely congratulates you on the sacred holiday of Eid al-Adha. This important holiday reminds all humanity of mercy, compassion, justice, mutual support, and respect for human dignity. Eid al-Adha is not only a religious tradition, but also a symbol of humanity, kindness, peace, and responsibility toward one another. During these festive days, we especially wish for a world with less pain, fear, injustice, and human suffering. May no one ever again become a victim of: — corruption and lawlessness; — dictatorship and abuse of power; — transnational repression and enforced disappearances; — political persecution; — censorship and fear of speaking the truth; — poverty, discrimination, and humiliation of human dignity.
