Turkmenistan is experiencing a growing staff shortage in state institutions. Teachers, doctors, and other public sector employees are resigning and leaving the country due to low salaries. Authorities are calling retirees back to work to fill the gaps. We want to hear your opinion. 🔹 What is the main reason for the staff shortage? 🔹 Do salaries cover basic living expenses? 🔹 Will recalling retirees solve the problem? Your voice matters.
