14 July — A Day of Freedom, Dignity, and the Greatness of France On 14 July, the French Republic celebrates its National Day, commonly known as Bastille Day. This historic date symbolizes the people's struggle for freedom, equality, human dignity, and the rule of law. More than two centuries after the French Revolution, its ideals continue to inspire millions of people around the world, while the motto of the French Republic — "Liberty, Equality, Fraternity" — remains one of the fundamental pillars of democratic societies. The Human Rights Platform of the Civic Movement "Dayanç" / Turkmenistan extends its warmest congratulations to the French Republic, the French people, and everyone living in France on the occasion of this National Day. For our organization, which works every day to defend human rights, France represents an example of a country where respect for human dignity, rights, and fundamental freedoms is not merely proclaimed but genuinely reflected in everyday life.
