📢 Invitation to Citizens of Turkmenistan: Human Rights Training Opportunity We invite civil society activists, human rights defenders, and all citizens of Turkmenistan interested in human rights and fundamental freedoms to participate in the 21st Human Rights School (İnsan Hakları Okulu — İHO), organized by the Turkish human rights organization MAZLUMDER. 📚 Training period: 10 October – 7 November 2026 🕙 Classes: Saturdays, from 10:00 to 15:00, for five consecutive weeks 📍 Venue: MAZLUMDER Association Centre (Dernek Merkezi) 📅 Application deadline: 1 October 2026 🗣 Interviews: 3 October 2026, from 10:00 to 16:00 The program will cover the historical and conceptual foundations of human rights, human rights theories, and the concepts of rights, law, justice, and freedom. Experts working directly in the field of human rights will also share their practical experience with participants. The program is open to everyone aged 18 and over, regardless of educational background or profession. Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a MAZLUMDER Human Rights School Certificate.
